Updating D2, Rooted

2 real noob questions, if you dont mind answering real quick for me.

1 After the update comes out, will I be able to install it and STAY rooted (if not, how to unroot)?

2 Will the update delete my apps or any user data?

You will lose root until root has been gained, which could take between an hour and never. However, you may not be able to update if you're currently rooted.

You should lose no user data at all.
