Droid 2 Global Mobile Network Issues

I recently installed Fission 2.5.7 and it installed fine but when i get to the home screen, I don't have a mobile network signal. I go to setting and it shows that its in airplane mode, so I click it and it wont exit airplane mode. The Mobile Networks option is also grayed out. Anyone have any ideas?

I have this same problem, but I am using a DX and recently installed the GummyJAR ROM. Any feedback?

Its because Fission 2.5.7 only supports Droid x and Droid 2, not Droid 2 Global. Only Fission 2.4.x supports D2G
Or so I've been led to believe.
