droid 2 dock and case

I have a droid 2 and bought the black rubber case that verizon is selling. I also bought a dock and can't fit the phone in the dock with the case on it. I would have thought Verizon would make the dock big enough to put a "cased" phone in it since a lot of people want to protect their phones while using accessories. Wondering if anyone has found a way to keep the phone in the case and still use the dock?

Do you mean desktop dock or the car dock? I think the desktop dock works with both, so if you mean the car dock, your best bet would be to get one that works with cases like the Arkon Mega Grip.
