i have asurion and just ordered a replacement... its ok if i get a droid 2 but im really pulling for droid 3 since d2 was discontinued q4 11

OK, I didn't know what Asurion was. Did you talk to anyone or ask anyone or did you just do an online claim? What does your policy say? Usually they'll replace what you have with a like phone (refurb) unless you ask nice. I had an extended warranty on my phone through VZ and I got a dinc 2 when my dinc 1 went on the fritz.
