Droid 2 - Change Icons

Can someone tell me how to change the icons (default) to a different set? I am using Launcher Pro Plus but it will only change the "dock" icons (or the ones at the bottom). I wanna change the "App Drawer" and the "Screen Icons". Apparently, Droid X will let them do it. I am sure Droid 2 also allows. Here is what I found of Droid X

try using Desktop Visualizer, its easy to use and works great
