I JUST joined this forum tonight and need help from all of you experts out there. I had my Droid since the new year and over the 9/11 weekend it got wet. Went through Asurion n got a replacement phone. In the interim, I got an email from Verizon that the 2.2 update had occurred.
Just got my replacement phone today and was on with Verizon Reps, then Motorola reps (1 1/2 hours now). Facebook will NOT work for me. It syncs and shows my name and the icons on the main screen "News Feed, Friends, Photos, etc.." When I try to click on News Feed, it says Loading Content and then an error message scrolls and says "An error had occurred while fetching data [null]".
The reps had me remove the Facebook app from the sync and then try again. I even did a Google search, typed in Facebook and (touch.facebook.com) and tried logging in that way..and it said my Username/Password was invalid.
Could my FB account be some way linked to my OLD Droid that is incapacitated at the moment?
