Droid 1 Problem..somebody help :)

I have a droid 1, I did a factory reset and turned the phone back on and it's now saying ''programming unsuccessful'' what can be the problem? I tried a battery pull several times it just wont work.

you need to flash the sbf file if you're at the bootloader.
