Hi,
Droid wins on OS, CPU and Graphics. Android 2.0 allows multitasking and is a more open OS compared to iPhone. Droid also has a dedicated Graphics processor which makes video and other graphics much better and faster than iPhone. iPhones clock rate does not matter as it lacks a dedicated graphics processor.
