Downloading Issues UD 3.0.1

I'm running UD 3.0.1 and I have been pretty frustrated with not being able to download anything in my browser. I have used the stock browser, dolphin browser, and dolphin browser HD, and all basically just exit out and give me the option to report bugs/errors when I click open a download link.


Any help/ideas?
