I have a Locked Motorola Photon 4G running Gingerbread. I've been listening to audiobooks for a year. I put them on the SD card. I accidentally put one on the internal phone memory. When I realized this, I moved it over to the SD card. My voice commands and galleries stopped working. I removed the audiobook from the SD card. I cleared the data from the Download Manager and DRM Protected Content Storage. Normal operations resumed. However after a short period of time, they stop working again. Battery starts draining. Each time I have to re-clear data from the Download Manager and or DRM Protected Content Storage. The battery goes dead in 2 hours on idle. Battery usage shows Media is doing it. Do I have to factory reset, or is there a fix?
