I need Media support

My android.process.media is running extremely high. Mostly around %79+
Within this process the following are listed.
Download Manager
com.motorola.burstmodeviewer
OMA Download
com.motorola.android.omadrm
Downloads
DRM Protected Content Storage
Media Storage
MediaSync


This process alone kills my battery. I've looked through my files to find things that would cause a re scan loop, but no luck.
Any app I can freeze with Titianium that will calm this down, or stop.
And if so what are the consequences?

I am guessing if you are using Titanium then you are rooted? Download Autostarts it will tell you what is trigging that process to run, and then you can kill it from that app.

Done these are my results.

Gallery - If I use alternate I would figure i can disable.
DNLA - Don't even use this. Disabled.
Media Storage - I know this is needed
My Uploads - Not sure
Data Collection - Not sure
SdcardBroadcastReceiver - Sound Important
SdcardMountedReadOnlyReceiver - Also Sounds Important
