Does your LED Light Flash Continuously on New Messages with the Screen Off?

My LED Light only flashes when:

1). I have a low battery level and need charging - flashes continuously
2). When a new message initially comes in with the screen off - one flash
3). When a new message is in the taskbar and I turn the screen off - one flash

It does not flash continuously when a new message comes in with the screen off.

Does your LED Light flash continuously when a new message comes in, with the screen off? Please answer yes or no.

If I have any uncleared notification of text, voice mail, im, missed call, etc. my led will blink repeatedly with the screen off and not blink with the screen on.

I noticed mine flashing when I had no new emails, text messages, or any other notification. Pulling the notification shade down once makes it stop...not sure why. Guess its a bug of some sort.

I was able to fix the problem, with help from a message I saw over on Android Forums:

1). Factory reset your phone (I didn't erase any SD card data)
2). After the reset is complete, do not log into your Google account - skip this
3). Have someone send a text message to your phone with the screen off - the LED light should blink correctly
4). Now sign into your Google Account and reconfigure your phone

My LED light won't flash for any notifications. I've enabled it and changed the color numerous times to test it out and still no flash....any suggestions?
