Be fair. He's had 2 negative feedbacks in a year and one was a never received.

But I wouldn't buy from him because IMHO less the 1000 feedback is not enough.

As I mentioned in your other thread, mine was free from Verizon.

Yea ALWAYS read the full description before pulling the trigger..And there is nothing fishy about the auction..Dude describes it in detail..If you buy it, then you took the hook, line, and sinker on a possible bad phone! LOL

If you did close on this, you will most likely receive a non-paying bidder violation from eBay. I sell on eBay from time to time, and people who do not read the descriptions make it very unpleasant to say the least because it closes the auction, etc..And the seller has to go relist the item and it takes that much longer to sell it.
