Does Droid 2 Global work on non-VZW CDMA networks

Could anyone please answer this question:
Does Droid 2 Global work on non-Verizon Wireless CDMA networks such as Tata & Reliance CDMA networks in India.
I do not want to use the roaming feature provided by Verizon in India or GSM when I am in India.

Please help me with the information.
