It appears after certain, (but not all), texts..but the texts do transmit to other party.. but if anybody knows how to get rid of it please instruct me how..thank you so much!

Force Close Message after certain texts:

"Sorry! The application Messages (process com.android.mms) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." (Force close button)

HELP!

You aren't rooted and on a ROM other than stock are you? I had the same issue with my market force closing so I re-flashed to fix that. If you're on stock (and not rooted), you could probably try wiping the messaging cache and data and see if that helps. If it still doesn't, you could try a factory reset (only if it really bothers you).

Ummmmm....gibberish..(yes, I'm one of them)

You are rooted? Or you aren't? If you don't know what rooted means, then you aren't. If you aren't rooted go to home-menu-settings-applications-manage applications

Then click the all button, scroll to messaging and enter. Then click wipe cache, then click wipe data.

Hi, Im sorry for posting this here with yours, but I'm having the same problem. I always have to turn my phone off then back on after it happens and it always wipes all of my messages out. I've lost a lot of important txts because of this. Oh I also have the Huawei Ascend from Cricket.
