Do i have Gingerbread?

I attempted to install the rooted GB leak from mydroidworld yesterday but i don't really notice a difference. I cleared data and cache before installing, it only took a second or two to install, which seemed strange.

My system version says: Version.2.3.20.A955.Verizon.en.US
Android version: 2.2
Kernel version: 2.6.32.9-g462500fdbretzm1@il93lnxdroid22#1

I know my versions seem to look like they didn't change, but i wasn't sure if the GB leak was suppose to "mask" itself to look like it's just Froyo or something strange. Any help would be appreciated. Especially people that have GB on their phones, what does your versions say?

Android version is 2.2 (which is Froyo).

if it said Android Version 2.3 then you would have gingerbread.

Just checking, like i said above i wasn't sure if it was being "masked" as Froyo.
