DL099 Help

I have not been able to get this update. I am rooted fully and tried to flash with Odin and no luck what step am I am missing. Also that may not give you enough info. I still read DI01 build. I having no problems otherwise am I missing anything with 09? I followed the steps in the post a few down with no problems but I still read 01 HELP
