Disable 4G to 3G

So i tried the *#*#4636#*#* and was able to access the phone service menu and clicked Phone Information and scrolled all the way down to the bottom and was able to switch from 4G/3G to just CDMA auto(PRL). I don't live in a 4G area yet so I guess its safe to say i can switch to this for the time being and change it back when its available in my area or when i travel to a 4G area. Now to test it out for battery life. Feel free to try it out as well people.
