Dialing Alpha keys on dialer

Newbie here ... how does one dial alpha using the dialer pad??

Not real sure exactly what you mean. But if you mean dialing the phone with T9 type input to pull up contacts, then you need an app for that. The phone doesn't do it natively. A great free app for that is Dialer One.

Just search for it in the market or use the QR code below. Hope that helps.
