Deodex Question& Perfomance issue.

Hi I use razr maxx.

I have a 2 Question.

1. I'm use 4.1.2. UK stock ROM.(just root. Install BMM.) So.. caN I My Phone Deodex? ( I Think just odex now)

2.My Phone Sometimes Slow perfomence. so. I just Turn off display..

I was check "setUp-> APPS-> Running ( ram is almost 200MB ) But. Perfomance slow..

why this happing? And What should I do?
