Deleted backups, please help

I deleted everything including my backups on ext as card. I just put a nandroid on there from my computer. When I try to reboot it says no os installed do you wish to reboot! I'm on twrp 2.5.0 sgh i605

I wouldn't boot up without an OS. Load a new Rom, and start over.

Have you tried flsshin stock using odin? It should install the os for you.....
