Delete facebook?

I am having a problem with Facebook closing on me every time I try to post on it. I want to delete it completely and then dl it again but ICS won't let me delete it only remove update. Is there a way to completely delete it?

It won't let you delete it from System Settings > Apps?

I just checked on mine ... didn't realize it won't let you delete it. Have you tried clearing cache and data and logging in again?

I'm at a loss ... I have never uninstalled updates on anything, so I can't safely say. Maybe someone else can chime in. Sorry

Uninstall the updates, then you can delete it. Or disable it..
