Delete email from server missing?

My wife just got a Droid 4. Quite a nice phone! She had the original Droid and it was time for an upgrade. One thing we have noticed and could use some help with is with her Yahoo email account. Seems as though when she deletes email from the Yahoo web client or from the phone the two will not sync the changes. I know this is normal Pop3 functionality if you do not have the "Delete from server" option turned on. Thing is, we can't seem to find this option. This worked just fine with her original Droid. Can we get some help on this please. Thanks!

I'm also having this problem with my Hotmail (set up as corporate sync.) Deleting on the phone will not delete from the server unless I actually press the refresh button (which shouldn't be necessary since it's set up as push)

With her phone the refresh does. It even help

I just realized that pressing refresh doesn't delete from the server for me either. Anyone else having this problem? There must be a way to enable "delete from server" functionality.
