Delete duplicate ringtones

I have duplicate ringtones in system settings sounds. Anyone know how to remove these? I don't have any ringtones under my SD ext media folder so the only place they should be pulling from is the system folder.

A fdr would surely solve the problem but it's a hassle. Are they causing problems or just visually annoying?

Did it happen when you upgraded to ics?

I flashed Icarus ROM and it only had about 8 ringtones. So I pulled some from eclipse and dropped them into system / media / audio / ringtones. Had some in a ringtones folder on my external SD card also. My understanding was it would pull from any folder named ringtones so I deleted them from external SD and rebooted but they're still showing in system sounds under ringtones as dups.

Fixed. Delete all ringtones from system media audio ringtones. Reboot. Move ringtones into above folder. Reboot. Tada! Only one copy showing.
