Delete Contacts Only On Phone Not In Corporate Contacts

I used Corporate Sync to sync my Droid X with my corporate email. Everything synced up perfectly. The problem I'm running into is the contacts synced up also and now when I try to delete a contact off of my phone, the contact is also deleted in my corporate contacts. I would like to know how to delete the contact on only my phone and not in my corporate contacts.
