Delete Cache Photos

So I downloaded the Beautiful Widgets App and I like it. But it seems to have thrown around 200 pictures in my cache on my sd card. Is there a way I can delete them as a whole group from my phone. I'm assuming I can take out the card, put it in my computer and delete the cache folder. But... I'm lazy and want to hit a button on my phone to get rid of it. Thanks.

Did it delete the pics or just rearrange them

Download a file explorer like Astro and you can delete the photos yourself from the phone.
