Defective or just the reality of it?

Do you really need 4g on all the time? do you do a lot of video/downloading/etc? if not, and you are also in a solid 3g zone, you might consider turning the 4g off for the most part except when you need it. probably save a lot of battery right there. Somewhat of a nuissance but if you can get a few more hours out of it, it might be worth it to you.

Yeah I've tried turning off 4G but I love the speed ....and I can't find a widget to easily turn off and on....ever since I've moved on from my og Droid....I just can't go back LOL

I did notice my retarded Yahoo mail app constantly refreshes and I can't turn it off....I think ill try to uninstall that app

Maybe give up Yahoo for something like K-9 or enhanced email . They both have 100% better control than stock mail and/or Yahoo mail. Or even better, forward your Yahoo mail to your Gmail.
