Any settings I should watch for?

Just got a new rezound and an extended battery.

Was curiousas which settings to change or mess with.

Not concerned power modes too much, more like WiFi "sleep" policy and things like that.

My ota update failed last night because the phone had its network sleep enabled .

Things like that.

I was trying to tinker with all the settings until I got the extended battery, then I realized that I get excellent battery life with the extended battery. As far as settings for the wifi sleep settings, I haven't changed anything but I am rooted and don't worry about the updates.
