default folder for camcorder files

I've been trying to upload a video a I made on my camcorder to youtube with no success. I'm guessing that maybe the file is too large. so I thought maybe it would be easier to just export the file to my computer and then upload it from there.

so I plug the Droid into the computer via USB and I'm looking at all this folders. now which one is the one that contains files that were made using the camcorder? I haven't changed any of the factory default settings on my Droid X.
