Ugh. I received the Incredible Feb. 15 and tonight it shut off while I was texting and refused to turn back on. After some troubleshooting with Verizon on my house phone they declared my phone "dead". BOOO! They are sending me another one but since it's late Wed. night here, I won't receive it until Friday. All the nearby Verizon stores in my area are sold out so I don't have a choice. I LOVE this phone but now I'm scared about its durability. This phone was never dropped/splashed on/rooted etc. just the usual apps from the market and my mp3's/pics. At least I kept my old enV touch so they reactivated that for me to use until I receive the new phone.

BTW, I haven't posted much here because when ever I had a question I just searched the forums and voila, answeres! This is an amazing forum!
 
Reliability of this device is solid. Sounds like you need an extended
battery.
