My phone in example used to take a little bit to load forums and message boards...
But now they load right up much faster...if you backed your rom prior to flashing this,restore and check your 3g speeds..then check your 3g speeds with the throttle hack and figure the difference..make sure you have 3g aswell lol i don't get 3g were I currently work..

Use clockworkmod recovery.

Guys this mod is really easy to do. It doesn't take a dev to do. Instructions are on xda. All it does is delete like 7 throttle files from classes.dex in service.jar

In the OP I thought it supported both recoveries but another member had to flash from CWM in order for it to work, so, will this work with SP?

U don't have to flash in recovery. Extract the service.jar to ur sdcard and move to /system?/framework
