This is the fastest and most smooth rom that ive tried had rubix 1.8.9 and switched to this and its great no issues at all now just waiting on the new 3.3 with the 2.3.32 this is from the old blackberry great BB Crackman you must try if you want a great rom without worrying about getting stuck not being able to sbf rom. dancedroid

+1...I have been on this since V3. This rom is really stable and everything works without any problems, plus hardly any blur. U can find it at my droid world.

Can anybody make the install instructions clearer for this.. I'm on Rubix 1.8.9 and want to try this but I don't feel comfortable with his directions.

Mostly the mount system/data parts

Very simple when asked to mount system and data all you have to do is in the advanced section is just check off mount system and data...when mounted it will read unmount then you know its mounted. Just make sure you follow the other steps as well...I have loaded 4 versions and never had an issue.

I'm going to install from Stock 2.2 Froyo but should I wipe data/cache anyway?

if you're coming from stock rom then you don't have to wipe data per dev's install instructions...please let us know how you like it.

Well the first thing I noticed is that my Facebook picture's aren't syncing with the contacts which is enough to make me want to stop using it

I registered and posted, but honestly I've already restored back to rubiX. I'm heavily anticipating the newest release with the insane battery life plus I always know Sephtin is one quick PM away if I have an unfortunate problem.

Also Darkslide just honestly felt unresponsive compared to Rubix, like switching between home screens and opening up widgets/apps etc rubiX just blew it out of the water for me.

it must be a difference between phones because ive had rubix 1.8.9 and this one kills it IMO but to each his own. my facebook syncs, everything works unlike on rubix and these guys are super quick to respond to any question you may have i cant wait for their new release. dancedroid

i totally agree with snoop, i have not had a single issue with this rom and it flies. bb and gates have been great and answer all questions right away.
