Dancing android boot loop HELP!

I recently flashed a rom incorrectly on my eris, and now whenever i start up my phone there is a dancing android boot screen that keeps looping. I have tried almost everything, even factory resetting the phone, but the loop is still there. Any suggestions on how to get out of the loop?

This should help, it helped me the very first time I tried to root my phone and the same exact thing happened. Follow the instructions on this video perfectly and you should be good. If not, just send me your email address and I can send you the program that Verizon uses to reset a HTC Droid Eris back to factory with 2.1
