Help!! Droid X is in a boot loop!

I went to download and install Gingerbread rooted and now my phone is stuck in a boot loop. I held the home button and then the power button to wipe my phone and it does wipe. but when rebooting it goes back to the boot loop. I even tried to sbf and it just gets stuck in the boot loop again...HELP :'(

Did you wipe data and cache or just cache

i erased all user data is that right?? doesnt it do both?

It should be factory reset/data wipe I havnt done it I'm awhile. But how long do you give it to boot up. It usually takes anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes on its first boot. if that doesnt fix it then you might have to use rsd and flash it back to. 2.3.340
