Hello,

I was playing music from the Droid 2 via the 1/8" cable connection to the auxilliary input to my car stereo. At the same time I had the car charger connected. I got to work and was in a hurry, and disconnected everything, forgot the order, while the music was still playing, I think. Now the phone says the SD card is damaged. It won't even try to reformat it. Is there a way to recover the card?

Thanx

Have you tried to unmount and then remount the sdcard?

It seems weird that it would mess up if all you are sending to the stereo is audio via a 1/8th audio jack while having your phone charging.

I've removed the card/battery and restarted the phone a couple of times. Then tried to mount the card, and format it. The phone won't even touch the card anymore. Once I find my micro-card adapter I guess the next step is to connect it to a PC and try the recovery programs.
