D2G won't connect to pc via USB or BT

Hello,

My D2G will not connect/network with my hp s5260f pc via USB or bluetooth no matter what I have done. It will charge via USB. It is not listed in my Win7 devices; although under "change default settings for media and devices" it lists DROID2 GLOBAL. It will not connect via Verizon Vcast or Motorola media link. I've already tried installing/reinstalling website drivers repeatedly. Any ideas???

Is your phone set to USB Mass Storage(use the pull down bar and select the USB option)?

Does not connect in any mode- I do not get any option/notification to change modes in the drop down bar after I connect USB. Although it seems ok with my pc at work.

What version of Windows are you running? Have you tried different USB ports?

I have same prob I cannot connet to winxp. I also keep getting prompted that there new motorola drivers. I install them still no connect and next time I try to connect samebthing and no connect
