Motorola does a pretty good job at both providing the latest and greatest updates as well as keeping their OEM skin as close to Stock Android as possible. However if you like to be on the cutting edge and feel that the few bloat apps that are included in Blur are just absolutely unnecessary you will want to check out CyanogenMod 12. It is now available for the Moto E (Condor). You will need to be bootloader unlocked with a custom recovery installed. Once installed you will be able to customize some features including status bar, toggles, and you will be able to add a CM12 custom theme. You will also need to be sure grab the Gapps to install along side the rom otherwise you won't be able to access the Play Store. Head to the link below for the download links.
