crash by launching "gallery original app"

Hi everyone I'm new in this forum amd I will need your help, I just bought the note 2 and everytime that I'm launching the gallery. App the app crashes, I rebooted it a few times but unsuccessfully, can someone tell me how to resolve this matter?

Are you sharing and or syncing pictures from an outside source...the allcast thing or picasa? Seen this issue reported a few times of you do that.

By opening the app only, I don't have any other photo application installed, and this issue happened since the first launch of the gallery and right from the box, I can't share any pic from other app as whatsapp by example.

Did you try to go to settings /applications /find the gallery app and see if you can clear cache & data..
