I do not use Gmail as my personal email. My mail, contacts & calender sync my phone using Exchange Active Sync (aka Corporate Sync).
As a result when I use a voice action to dial a contact, the phone understands what I'm saying but fails to make the connection that this is someone in my contacts.
If I manually import my contacts into my Gmail account, voice search works, but contacts added to my phone will either sync to Gmail or Corporate Sync but not both.
I'm trying to find a way to automatically sync my Corporate Sync contacts to my Gmail, or have Voice Search use my non Gmail contacts.
