Corporate exchange screen lock

Hello! I just set-up my corporate email exchange that requires a pin, with a 5 minute security lock time. It is the maximum setting on my Droid 3. This is a real hassle - to unlock the screen every time to use the phone. I would appreciate any help - is there an App, or an adjustment I could make to delay the screen lock.
