Corporate Email to Exchange Email question

I just had to change my email settings for my work email from the "Corporate" app to the "Exchange" app for changes made at HQ. In the Corporate app there was a setting to change how my "From" line looks in someone else's in box. i.e. I want "First name Last name Company name". Now it reads "Last name, First name".

I can't find a setting to fix that. Any help?
