Copying text from an email

How do you copy/paste text from an email or website? when I press down on the text, it only highlights one word at a time

After you long press and have a word highlighted, you will notice little markers on either side of that word. You can slide these markers to set the beginning and end of your desired text. When the text you wish to copy is all selected, quickly press anywhere within the highlighted area and you will get a message stating that the text has been copied to your clipboard. You should than be able to paste that text wherever else you would like by long pressing and selecting paste. Hope this helps.

You can move the arrows up and down and well as side to side.
