Contacts?

Maybe this is just me, but I'm curious from other people out there.

I went from a Storm 2 to the Droid. When I traded in my bb (18 days in to the WFG), they did all of the contact importing at the store. Ok, that was nice.

When I go into Gmail and look at my contacts, some show up normally; but others have 3 or 4 separate entries per person (but they show up fine on the phone).

Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a program out there (freeware, preferably) that will allow me to manage my Google Contacts or import easily from Outlook to Gmail?

I would suggest exporting all of your google contacts to a csv file. Deleteing them all and then re-importing. The .csv import process (on google contacts) is amazingly smart and combined mine wherever I had dupes. Worst case is that you end up back where you are now...

That may be what I end up doing. I'm just OCD about my contacts for some reason. Like to have 1 entry for each. :icon_ banana:
