Contacts storage (process com.motorola.contacts) stopped unexpectedly

I know this issue has been posted a number of times, but every post I have read has been about freezing /unfreezing something, which I have no clue about. I haven't rooted my phone or altered the software at all.

I have just replaced the flex cable which has the speaker on it and when I turned on my phone everything worked fine except my contacts. When I touch anything in contacts it forces close. Any suggestions?

Get an app for contacts ( contact + , go contatcs , etc )
