Unable to open contacts

So to make this short, I recently got a droid 4, rooted it, installed root uninstaller and uninstalled all of those
excess preloaded apps. -.- So basically, ever since then I can't open my
contacts, I get this error message

"The application Contacts Storage (process com.motorola.contacts)
has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"

I have no clue how to fix this, I've already unrooted & factory reset.. Still get the same massage.

And I've researched what the common cause is, which is if the GoogleServicesFramework gets deleted but I checked and It's all there.
