Recently upgraded my Droid to 2.2 using the update file linked on this site. After that, the address book synced flawlessly to my Alpine Head Unit, allowing me to search by name through the car stereo and make calls. This was great and did not seem to work pre 2.2.
I then ran the alternate 2.2 update, that appeared to be more of a clean install rather than an update, after that the functionality was lost. Now I am rooted and running Bugless Beast V.04. Same issue. Anyone have any ideas.
