Constant Ringtone on first unlock of the day

My RAZR just developed a new bug yesterday. When I first unlock the screen after the first power on of the day, whatever ringtone is selected, it plays constantly. The only way to cancel it is to re-lock the screen. I tried the POR (Pwr and Vol Dwn) reset but that did nothing, even though it seemed to work(bright green line across the screen).

Anyone else noticed this behavior?

Yep, my razr developed the same bug. Nice to know I'm not the only one at least.

I turned off the "Lock Unlock" sounds and it stopped the constant ringtone on the first unlock of the day.

That's only a work around it will not fix the problem. I'm still experimenting with other fixes.

I have the same issue too, annoying, however useful. If it rings when I unlock, I'm now able to know if my phone rebooted without me knowing . Almost every morning my phone will ring, seems it reboots every night. So annoying yes, but useful.
