Connected DX to PC, what are those files?

New phone. I wanted to copy my music collection from my computer to my DX. With power charging cable, I connected phone to my computer. I see that there are 8 files on the DX, one is a setup.exe. What is it for?

Also, do I just click and drag my music on the DX? Do I create a folder, call it music, and copy all music there? What is the right way to do this so I can use my phone as an mp3 player?

download DoubleTwist (for your computer) and transfer music using that. it works a lot like iTunes and you can view the apps.

Or if ur an old dude like me who still prefers drag and drop u can make a music folder and drop it onto the.main directory on the droid ad card. The media player will automatically find any files you do that with.
