Confusion on radios

Ok so I've tried to do research on radios and always leave confused. What MR version am I running with my baseband being 1.39.00.0627r, 0.01.69.0625r.

Also is it possible for a ROM or kernel to flash a different radio on my phone? Or does a radio always have to be put on seperate?

Also do different radios act differently with different roms or kernels? Because I've always had really good 4g but with the ROM BAMF forever I lose 4g in areas I use to have 4g in. Thanks for any replys

Ruu's come with radios, but a ROM does not affect the radio. However depending on how well they work together, you may have problems or not. You are running mr2 froyo radios, check the link below for the newest gingerbread radios.
