CM7 a few issues after install

CM7 is just about the best out there for the D3. Everthing runs very well except a few things.

1-Enabling Portalbe Wi-Fi hospot reports an error. Suggestions?

2-I get an FC on the phone app when the phone boots. It doesn't seem to have any effect. Phone works...just wondering.

I thought the CM7 software camera doesn`t work, but you can download another software camera that should.
